Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original biodegradable packaging to minimize environmental impact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
